Our Terms

1. Payment Terms:

  • Cash, card, bank transfer or carrier pigeon accepted (okay, maybe not the pigeon).
  • These payments are required before we start working any of our magic.
  • No IOUs, handshakes, or “I’ll get you next time, mate” deals.
  • 100% payment will be received before product or car leaves shop.
  • 50% deposit on IFS units and 9in Diffs balance before dispatch.
  • Full payment on all other parts and or components with progress payments on builds as per agreements or as discussed.

2. Shipping & Handling:

  • We pack your stuff like it’s the last surviving artifact of mankind.
  • Once it leaves our workshop, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods. (We’ll give you tracking so you can watch its grand adventure.)
  • We cannot be responsible for delays due to weather or Mother Nature, material shortages, slack ass supply chains, or freight dudes. 

3. Returns & Exchanges:

  • Wrong item? Our bad – we’ll fix it quicker than a hiccup.
  • If for any reason we have refunded there is a 25% restocking fee and freight on you.
  • Custom orders are like tattoos – they’re yours for life. No returns unless we stuffed up.

4. Warranty:

  • If our workmanship fails because we had a brain fade, we’ll repair or replace it – no dramas.
  • If you drove over it, set it on fire, or let your cousin Barry “modify” it, that’s on you.

5. Cancellations

  • Custom orders: once we start, there’s no turning back. (We already bought materials and named your order.)

6. Pricing:

  • All prices are in Aussie dollars – not Monopoly money.
  • We reserve the right to change prices faster than a seagull snatches a hot chip (but we’ll always honour the price you paid the deposit on when you ordered).

7. Fine Print (The Really Boring Bits):

  • We follow Australian consumer law. (Of course we do. We’re not animals.)
  • Our inter web gool tic book gram tok thing does collect your details, however don’t think for a minute we will be selling it or stalking you in the shower, you ain’t that hot !
  • We may however send an email telling you about new products builds or deals we may have coming up.
