Terms of service

                      SOUTHERN CHASSIS WORKS/CURLEYS RODS & CUSTOMS

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

1. Estimates & Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates only.                                                                          Final pricing may change if additional labour, materials or parts are required. You will be notified before any extra work proceeds                                                                              Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

2. Authorisation of Work                                                                                                   

By signing a work order or providing verbal or written confirmation, you authorize us to carry out the necessary work and agree to our terms and conditions.                              You agree that we may operate or test your vehicle as necessary for inspection, diagnosis, or completion of the work.

3. Parts & Materials

We may use new, used, OEM or aftermarket parts depending on availability and your preference.  These parts are not covered by our engineering report.                          All parts warranties are governed by the manufacturer or supplier and not by us.

4. Completion Time Frames

We aim to complete all work within agreed timelines, however, delays may occur due to parts availability, unforeseen issues or extended job requirements.                                    We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or expenses resulting from delays in completion.

5. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure order.                            Acceptable payment methods: CASH, CARD, EFT.   Vehicles and/or front ends will not be released until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

6.Storage & Abandonment 

Vehicles left on site more than 7 days after completion will incur storage fees of $250 per week.                                                                                                                            If an invoice remains unpaid or the vehicle is not collected within 180 days, it may be sold to recover costs, in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from our services.                                                                                                                                If you supply your own parts, we accept no responsibility for their performance compatibility or failure.                                                                                                    You are responsible for insuring your vehicle while it is in the possession of Curleys Rods & Customs/Southern Chassis Works

8. Shipping & Freight

At time of booking you must advise whether the delivery address is a commercial or residential site, as this may change freight costs by $100 or more.                                 All freight costs to and from Curley's Rods & Customs /Southern Chassis Works are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Refunds

Refunds will not be offered for change of mind or on custom front ends.                     If a refund is approved, it will be made at 75% of the total cost, with 25% retained as a re-stocking fee.

10. Privacy Policy

Your information provided to us is used solely by Curley's Rods & Customs/Southern Chassis Works and is not released to any other party.  Any bank information provided by you will be destroyed after use.
